How long will my order take to make?
Current Lead Times (as of 5/15/2024)
• Displays + Signs: 4-7 business days + shipping 2-5 days USPS Ground Advantage
• Cards: 4-7 business days + shipping 2-5 days USPS Ground Advantage
• Macrame earrings: 2-4 business days + shipping 2-5 days USPS Ground Advantage
• Boxes: 4-7 business days + shipping 2-5 days USPS Ground Advantage
Generally the production of your order cannot be expedited, but if you need expedited shipping please contact design[at]sarahtomasso.com
How should I care for my wood displays?
Avoid scratches by putting displays face-to-face during transit to events, or wrap in tissue/paper. If the wood is starting to look a little dull apply some butcher block wax/oil with a clean cloth every now and then. Mineral oil can works, a little goes a long way. I like using something with beeswax because it adds a slightly protective layer to it while also giving it that nice shine.
Why do the fruitwood stained items cost more?
Shop Hours
Please note that the shop is closed on the weekends, this includes checking messages. Please allow more than one business day for you to get a message back- it takes time for me to go through each message, answer questions, make mock-ups AND keep rolling with production and getting orders out. I truly thank you for your patience!
Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Any item that has been customized, whether in size/shape or with any engraving, cannot be returned. If you have a problem with your order please contact design@sarahtomasso.com
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be received in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, with all it's components. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The refunded amount will be for the item price only, not the original shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Anything that has been custom made for you whether with design requests, special material orders, or with added engraving cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an eligible return item for a different item in the shop, send an email to design@sarahtomasso.com
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Lzrbeams is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method keep in mind some banks may take multiple days to process.
